Level measurement of light bulk goods - Filter dust
Task:
Our customer, the Rubbish Incinerator in Weissenhorn, Germany required to monitor the fill level of the filter inlet in the coke filter. As a result of certain exhaust gas norms being changed, a coke filter had to be installed a few years ago. The temperature of the filter is approximately 130°C.
Our Solution:
The UWT VN 2020 fulfils these difficult requirements. The VN2020 temperature version can be used in temperatures of up to 150°C. The highly sensitive VN2020 reliably measures filter dust density upwards of 5g/l. Only since the installation of the UWT tuning fork, has it been possible for the incinerator to function trouble-free.
