Non contact measurement

The continuously non-contact level measurement is using advanced echo analysis and is suitable for both solid and liquid measurement in open or closed containers.

Based on the ‘Acoustic Wave Technology’ supersonic waves are transmitted in a frequency range of 5 kHz to 50 kHz. These waves are reflected by the surface of the medium and are received by the transducer.

The time-delay between transmitting and receiving sound waves is temperature compensated and converted to display exact levels and provided as signal out. The intelligent echo analyses of the Nivowave software provides a reliable measurement.
